The Facilities business unit of the Passenger Transport Production Division plans and realises facilities for the maintenance of SBB trains throughout Switzerland. Maintenance facilities form the backbone for safe, punctual and comfortable trains. What you can achieve.

• For our Facilities area, we are looking for a committed individual who actively develops our business processes and drives digitalisation forward.
• In this role, you identify potential for process optimisation, especially through the use of artificial intelligence in the development and portfolio management of maintenance facilities.
• You further develop our data management and thus create the basis for data-driven decisions.
• You take on the management of (pilot) projects and accompany them from conception to successful implementation.
• In close collaboration with internal specialist departments and external partners, you contribute analytical and conceptual strength and help shape a dynamic environment characterised by technological change.

What you bring with you.

• You enjoy working interdisciplinarily and bring communication skills as well as a high degree of initiative to actively shape change processes.
• You are characterised by a technological affinity as well as a pronounced analytical, conceptual and independent way of working.
• You have experience in process optimisation and digitalisation, ideally in facilities or industrial construction.
• Knowledge in data management and experience with applications of artificial intelligence in business processes are advantageous. Qualifications in Digital Transformation, Data Science or Business Process Management complete your profile.
• You have a university degree in civil engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, real estate management or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have training in business informatics or electrical engineering as well as further training in facilities or industrial construction.
• You are proficient either in German at level C2 with French at least B1 or French at level C2 with German at least B2.
