For an established Swiss company, we are looking for a committed back office clerk for sales. In this position, you act as the central interface between sales and internal departments and actively shape administrative sales processes. - Coordination between the sales team and various internal departments
- Maintenance of master data in CRM and ERP systems
- Support in the preparation of sales documents and event organisation
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure efficient sales processes
- Several years of experience in a comparable position required
- Sound knowledge of CRM and ERP systems necessary
- Experience in order processing, ideally in mechanical engineering
- Fluent German and very good English skills required
- The possibility to use various working time models as well as home office
