Project Manager Building Automation (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Management and responsibility for the planning and implementation of automation projects in the field of building automation.
- Leadership and coordination of a project team consisting of specialists in building technology.
- Ensuring adherence to schedules and budget requirements for the projects.
- Close collaboration with customers to understand and implement their requirements.
- Implementation of building automation solutions, including programming of controls.
- Quality control and ensuring that projects meet technical standards.
- Reporting to management on project progress and results.
Qualifications:
- Technical basic training with further education at FH level in electrical engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management in building automation.
- Solid knowledge in programming controls, ideally with Siemens S7.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
- Communication skills and negotiation ability in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Native-level German skills and good English skills.
