Project Manager Architecture (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 120,000Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced architect for the independent management of demanding architectural projects from preliminary design to realisation. You combine architectural ambition with sound constructive understanding and develop design, technical and economically convincing solutions. You lead the internal project team, coordinate specialist planners and manage the planning across the relevant SIA phases. In close collaboration with the site management, you ensure that the planned quality is consistently implemented during execution on site.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of architectural projects from preliminary design to realisation
Responsibility for design and planning across several SIA phases
Development of architectural, constructive and economic solutions
Leadership and professional coordination of the internal architecture and project team
Management and coordination of specialist planners, specialists and external project participants
Preparation and coordination of construction, approval, execution and detail documents
Handling demanding construction and detail solutions taking into account relevant standards
Model- and plan-based project work with Revit and AutoCAD
Responsibility for planning quality, deadlines and costs within own project area
Coordination with clients, authorities, specialist planners and companies
Review and integration of specialist planner and contractor documents into the overall planning
Support of construction execution and close cooperation with site management to ensure the planned quality
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect ETH/FH or equivalent recognised qualification
Several years of professional experience in design, execution planning and management of architectural projects in the Swiss market
Sound knowledge of construction, detail planning and Swiss planning and construction processes
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and building law framework conditions
Good user knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, ideally with experience in BIM-based planning processes
Experience in leading and coordinating project teams and specialist planners
Good German language skills spoken and written
