After-Sales Service Manager 100%

What awaits you

In this responsible role, you assume the technical and operational responsibility for the entire after-sales service. Your main tasks are as follows:

• Organisation, coordination and continuous development of after-sales service activities
• Personnel management and technical supervision of service technicians, as well as planning their interventions
• Coordination and prioritisation of interventions in case of breakdowns, repairs and maintenance work
• Development of preventive maintenance for our fleet of machines
• Analysis of breakdowns on construction cranes and development of appropriate technical solutions
• Ensuring professional customer follow-up, from the initial request to the complete fulfilment of the order
• Preparation and monitoring of offers related to after-sales service tasks
• Ensuring administrative processing of orders and invoicing

What you bring

• Completed technical vocational training, supplemented by commercial training
• Several years of professional experience as well as leadership experience in a similar role are essential
• A responsible, organised and solution-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
• Experience in a technical environment, ideally in the field of cranes, construction machinery or lifting equipment
• Very good knowledge of French, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is an advantage
• Good IT skills, especially MS Office and MS Dynamics 365
