You operate and develop Windows Server, M365, and Azure environments with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra ID
In endpoint management, you handle Autopilot, app deployment, compliance policies, and conditional access
You support outsourcing projects during migrations, transitions, and commissioning
You resolve complex issues in 2nd and 3rd level support and keep documentation up to date
You regularly participate in customer workshops and team events in Zurich
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT education and experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Entra ID, conditional access, hybrid scenarios, and Intune are part of your expertise
You bring knowledge of Autopilot, app deployment, compliance policies, and PowerShell
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
