your tasks

• Disciplinary leadership and further development of the six-member service team Prioritisation and coordination of daily business as well as ensuring smooth processes
• First point of contact and escalation instance for customer enquiries and urgent service cases
• Active sale of service products as well as support of worldwide key accounts
• Development of new service offers and concepts in close cooperation with management

your skills

• Completed technical basic training with experience in the service business
• Good SAP knowledge (SD and CS, ideally S/4HANA)
• Very good English skills French skills are an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as organisational skills
• Initial disciplinary leadership experience is an advantage
