IT User Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for employees with technical problems and ensure smooth IT operations.
- In this role, you analyse and resolve faults in hardware, software, networks, and specialised IT systems on-site, by phone, or via remote access.
- As an IT user support specialist, you coordinate and support smaller IT projects from conception to implementation in close collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers.
- You set up specialised IT systems such as live studio setups and meeting room infrastructures, manage AV, streaming, and conference technology, and ensure professional live executions.
- In this role, you document support cases, project progress, and IT assets, ensure knowledge transfer within the team, and create clear instructions and technical documentation.
- You ensure an excellent service experience, handle requests promptly and professionally, and conduct user training in German and English.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in computer science, information technology, or a comparable qualification (e.g., computer scientist EFZ, HF computer science).
- Several years of proven experience in IT onsite support and a willingness to continuously develop professionally.
- Experienced in handling hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, system configuration, as well as AV and media technology.
- Very good knowledge in the installation and configuration of Windows operating systems, networks, and IT infrastructure components; ideally experience with live studio or AV setups.
- In-depth practice in the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Intune) as well as basic knowledge of cloud services and modern workplace technologies.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours, occasional travel (driving licence category B), and fluent German and English skills; French is an advantage.
