IT System Engineer - Modern Infrastructure & Cloud (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner has been planning, implementing, and maintaining standardised, optimised, and forward-looking IT and communication infrastructure solutions for companies for years. The scope of services ranges from the basic IT equipment of individual workstations to large and demanding network solutions for enterprise and carrier. The commitment and extensive know-how focus on system integration, hosting services, as well as IT services & maintenance.
Responsibilities:
As an ICT System Engineer, you manage diverse IT environments and continuously develop them
With your expertise, you support the team in exciting customer projects and technical solutions
You handle 2nd and 3rd level cases, resolve faults, and ensure stable operations
You independently identify optimisation potentials and implement improvements in the ICT infrastructure
Additionally, you accompany projects and support the presales team with customer enquiries
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience as an ICT System Engineer or in a comparable role
Your strength lies in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
You enjoy IT technologies, digitalisation, and modern system landscapes
Very good German skills in written and spoken form are required
