ICT System Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
In this versatile ICT role, you ensure the reliable operation of the IT environment and support employees with technical concerns. In addition to 1st and 2nd level support, you take on tasks in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, network, specialist applications, and ICT projects.
Responsibilities:
1st and 2nd level support as well as installation and maintenance of end devices
Administration and further development of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
Support of network, endpoint protection, and licences
Participation in ICT projects, rollouts, and migrations
Automation and optimisation of ICT processes
Support and further development of specialist applications
Support, administration, and updates of KLIBnet and KESBweb
Collaboration with specialist departments and external IT service providers
Training of employees and deputising for the IT manager
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist EFZ or similar
Further training in system technology, network support, or software distribution is an advantage
Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
Experience in administration and troubleshooting of ICT environments
Knowledge of KLIBnet and KESBweb is an advantage
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Team and service orientation
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
