Team Assistant with a High Degree of Responsibility

Tasks

• Independent internal and external company correspondence in German and English as well as according to templates
• Creating presentations and statistics
• Telephone and written contact with customers
• Invoicing as well as time and expense accounting
• Independent maintenance of the database
• Various administrative tasks

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training
• At least 3 years of experience as an assistant
• Fluent German and English, any additional language is an advantage
• A flair for numbers and interconnected thinking
• Flexible, resilient, a team player and trustworthy
