ARCHITECT (m/f/d)

Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000

Role:

On behalf of a client, we are looking for a specialist for the planning and realisation of versatile residential and industrial projects of various sizes. You will handle construction projects from project planning through execution planning to realisation and develop precise planning and constructive solutions with ArchiCAD 3D. In addition to classic planning methods, modern digital tools such as 3D visualisations, 3D printing and drone scans are used. The position is suitable for architects or draftsmen who have a strong connection to constructive planning and the actual implementation of construction projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Handling versatile residential and industrial projects from project planning to realisation

  • Creation and further development of project, execution and detail plans with ArchiCAD

  • Building and maintaining precise 3D building models in ArchiCAD as a basis for planning and coordination

  • Development of constructive details, materialisations and execution solutions for various building projects

  • Coordination of architectural planning with specialist planners, site management, contractors and other specialists

  • Conducting plan and interface coordination between architecture, structural engineering and building services

  • Assisting with building submissions and approval procedures as well as preparing the required planning documents

  • Reviewing and integrating contractor, workshop and specialist planner plans into execution planning

  • Use of modern planning and documentation methods such as 3D visualisation, 3D printing and digital surveys

  • Supporting projects during the execution and realisation phase and handling constructive issues

  • Ensuring complete and consistent planning and project documentation


Qualifications:

  • Training as a draftsman EFZ specialising in architecture or a completed architecture degree FH/ETH

  • Experience in project and execution planning in Swiss building construction is an advantage

  • Good user knowledge of ArchiCAD 3D

  • Knowledge of construction, detailing and planning coordination

  • Experience in residential and/or industrial construction is an advantage

  • Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss construction processes

  • Good German language skills for handling planning and project documents
