What you bring with you
- A completed apprenticeship as a dairy or food technologist EFZ forms your professional basis. Ideally, you have supplemented your knowledge with suitable further training at HF or FS1/2 level.
- Experience from a comparable production environment helps you to find your way quickly. Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
- You enjoy accompanying, motivating and developing people together.
- You like to take responsibility and at the same time appreciate the freedom to independently shape your area.
- With your solution-oriented and proactive approach, you recognise potential for improvement and actively contribute your own ideas.
- Even in a dynamic production environment, you keep an overview and convince with an open, communicative manner.
- SAP knowledge supports you in everyday work, and you can communicate confidently in German.
