In this role, you take overall leadership and further development of the ICT department, lead and coordinate ICT projects, and implement smaller change requests in collaboration with an external SPOC partner. You ensure the stable operation of the ICT landscape and provide training, instructions, and documentation to empower all users. You also act as the data protection officer and bring your project management skills to bear. With your service-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused approach, you work closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Strategic and operational co-design of the ICT area with the aim of ensuring a modern, reliable, and needs-based IT environment
Translating professional needs into concrete IT measures and managing implementation through projects, changes, and external partners
Coordinating ongoing IT operations and ensuring effective collaboration between the organisation and external specialists
Further development of governance and data protection as well as establishing sustainable knowledge transfer for users
Qualifications:
Solid educational or further training background at the interface of computer science, business, and organisation
Practical experience in supporting and coordinating ICT topics as well as a good understanding of professional IT service structures
Organisational and project competence combined with the ability to prioritise requirements and consistently follow solutions through to implementation
Initiative and diplomatic personality with a strong service mentality, convincing communication, and enthusiasm for change
