Concerned to stay close to our customers and guarantee them quality service, we are looking for a responsible installer-electrician specialised in troubleshooting and after-sales service.

Your mission

You will work independently with a varied clientele, mainly in troubleshooting, after-sales service and maintenance of electrical installations, both high and low voltage.

Thanks to your experience, you are able to quickly identify the cause of a fault, propose an appropriate solution and ensure a reliable, compliant and safe intervention.

You will also have a role as team referent and coordinator.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a team
• Plan and organise requests and interventions with administrative support
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults
• Investigate defects, short circuits, voltage drops and other malfunctions
• Carry out repairs and replace defective components
• Perform modifications, adaptations and small electrical installations
• Conduct inspections, tests and commissioning
• Read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams
• Prepare offers, measurements and elements necessary for invoicing
• Write intervention reports and ensure follow-up of work
• Advise clients and propose suitable technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with current Swiss standards, notably the NIBT
• Represent the company professionally to our clientele

Your profile

We are primarily looking for a motivated, reliable and autonomous person who loves their profession and wishes to invest in a family business for the long term.

You have:

• A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an installer-electrician or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• At least 10 years’ experience in general electrical installations
• Proven experience in troubleshooting, after-sales service or electrical maintenance
• Very good knowledge of the NIBT and Swiss standards
• Strong knowledge of high and low voltage
• Excellent analytical skills and good fault-finding abilities
• A category B driving licence

You are responsive, organised and possess a good sense of responsibility. You enjoy contact with clients and know how to communicate professionally.

Your ability to take initiative, manage priorities and support a team will be particularly appreciated.
