On behalf of one of our clients, a very nice Geneva-based human-sized entity, we are actively looking for a 100% IT Manager - 80% possible. - 1 day of home office per week -.

Your responsibilities:

- Define and carry the IT strategy, in direct connection with General Management (position on the Executive Committee)

- Translate business challenges and needs into concrete digital priorities: simplification of the information system, deployment of an ERP, consolidation of Microsoft 365

- Manage IT governance and cybersecurity

- Supervise the employee in charge of internal IT, and manage the relationship with the external IT service provider (recognised service company): contract, SLA, service quality, alignment with business priorities

- Drive the deployment of AI and support the development of a digital accessibility centre serving beneficiaries

Your profile:

- Above all, a proven ability to provide vision and strategy: this position is not an IT execution role, but a strategic management role

- Essential experience in managing IT suppliers/providers (negotiation, contracts, SLA, relationship governance)

- Higher education in business IT / IS (University of Applied Sciences, University or Master’s)

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IS project management / digital transformation

- A real ability to understand business challenges and needs beyond the technical aspects

- Strong command of Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange),

1 day of home office per week.
