HVAC Specialist Planner (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 90,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a specialist as a Building Services Planner: HVAC / BIM for the planning of sustainable and energy-efficient heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. You will accompany diverse building services projects from concept and design through to execution planning and commissioning and develop technically well-thought-out solutions in the digital building model. A focus lies on interdisciplinary coordination with architecture, structural engineering as well as electrical and sanitary planning and the use of Trimble Nova, Revit and BIM. During realisation, you will oversee the professional execution on site and support technical optimisations and adjustments.
Responsibilities:
Planning and design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for various building types
Development of energy-efficient and sustainable building services concepts from preliminary project to execution
Creation and editing of 3D models as well as project, execution and detail plans
Model-based planning with Trimble Nova and/or Autodesk Revit
Dimensioning and design of heat generation, heat distribution, ventilation and air conditioning systems
Creation of pipework, ductwork, installation and assembly concepts as well as technical specifications
Coordination of HVAC systems with architecture, structural engineering, electrical and sanitary engineering
Conducting clash and interface checks within BIM-based planning
Support with technical calculations, system dimensioning and material/component selection
Technical supervision of construction execution and assembly as well as checking conformity with planning documents
Accompanying commissioning, functional tests and acceptance of the planned HVAC systems
Updating revision documents and BIM models as well as support with technical adjustments after project completion
Qualifications:
Completed training as Building Services Planner Heating EFZ or Ventilation EFZ or higher building services technical further education
Solid technical understanding of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
Experience with Trimble Nova and/or Autodesk Revit as well as interest in BIM-based planning
Knowledge of relevant Swiss standards, regulations and energy requirements for building services
Experience in execution planning, system coordination and 3D modelling is an advantage
Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Word and OneNote
