• Development and further development of modern software solutions with Rust

• Participation in architecture and design decisions in an international environment

• Development of scalable and high-quality software while adhering to high quality standards

• Implementation of APIs, services, and asynchronous components in modern system landscapes

• Collaboration with product owners, architects, and interdisciplinary development teams

• Ensuring software quality through automated tests and best practices

• Active shaping of technical standards as well as knowledge exchange within the team

• Working in an agile environment according to SAFe

What you bring:

• Completed studies (ETH, FH, university or HF) in computer science or a comparable education

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years of practical experience with Rust

• Very good knowledge of Rust (ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, async/await) as well as experience with frameworks such as Tokio, Actix, Serde or similar technologies

• Experience in software architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures

• Experience with Linux, Docker and Kubernetes

• Knowledge of DDD, TDD/BDD as well as automated tests and modern software development practices

• Experience in SAFe/agile environments; experience in regulated industries

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
