What awaits you:
Development and further development of modern software solutions with Rust
Participation in architecture and design decisions in an international environment
Development of scalable and high-quality software while adhering to high quality standards
Implementation of APIs, services, and asynchronous components in modern system landscapes
Collaboration with product owners, architects, and interdisciplinary development teams
Ensuring software quality through automated tests and best practices
Active shaping of technical standards as well as knowledge exchange within the team
Working in an agile environment according to SAFe
What you bring:
Completed studies (ETH, FH, university or HF) in computer science or a comparable education
5+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years of practical experience with Rust
Very good knowledge of Rust (ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, async/await) as well as experience with frameworks such as Tokio, Actix, Serde or similar technologies
Experience in software architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures
Experience with Linux, Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of DDD, TDD/BDD as well as automated tests and modern software development practices
Experience in SAFe/agile environments; experience in regulated industries
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
