IT System Specialist (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is an internationally oriented company that offers specialised solutions and services for business customers. The company combines technical expertise with comprehensive consulting and supports its business partners across various areas – from planning and marketing to technical support and logistics.
Collaboration with international manufacturers and business partners is part of everyday work, as is catering to individual customer requirements. A high level of service orientation, short decision-making paths, and independent working characterise the environment.

Responsibilities:
Technical support and further development of the product portfolio as well as continuous optimisation of existing solutions.
Ensuring 2nd- and 3rd-level support for partners via telephone, ticket system, and email in German and English.
Planning and conducting technical customer presentations, workshops, and training sessions for customers and manufacturers.
Close collaboration with system engineers and manufacturers to analyse technical requirements and develop suitable solutions.
Supporting the sales team in technical pre-sales, especially in advising partners and presenting appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training, a degree in computer science, or comparable practical experience.
Solid knowledge of network technologies and IT security as well as a good understanding of current IT solutions.
Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as enthusiasm for technical consulting and collaboration with customers and partners.
Very good German skills, good English skills, and ideally French skills.
