Do you hold a Swiss federal diploma and have experience in finance and personnel? Then take on a versatile key position in a Swiss SME.
The company is an established Swiss industrial enterprise that develops and markets high-quality products for professional users. As part of a succession arrangement, a person is currently sought as Head of Finance & Personnel Administration 80–100%, who will take on a central role within the company. In addition to overall responsibility for finance and accounting, personnel administration and quality management also belong to your diverse area of responsibility. You will work closely with management and have plenty of scope to actively further develop processes and structures.
Your tasks with the new employer:
- You are responsible for the entire finance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting and independently prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Budgeting, forecasts, as well as liquidity and financial planning are also part of your responsibilities, as are VAT returns, tax declarations, and meaningful reports for management and the board of directors
- In personnel administration, you are responsible, among other things, for payroll processing, time recording, and absence management, as well as social insurance, employment contracts, references, and other personnel documents
- Additionally, you support and further develop quality management according to ISO 9001, accompany internal and external audits, and drive the optimisation and digitalisation of ERP systems and internal processes
You offer your new employer:
- You have a Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable further education and bring several years of professional experience in a responsible finance role
- Experience or good knowledge in payroll and personnel administration complement your financial expertise and enable you to competently manage the diverse area of responsibility
- Good IT skills and confident handling of MS Office are required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and knowledge of quality management according to ISO 9001 are advantageous
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as analytical thinking, a sense of responsibility, and a pronounced hands-on mentality complete your profile
