We are looking for a Head of Financial Accounting 80–100% who is responsible for financial management, ensures financial statements and continuously develops central financial processes. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will lead the financial accounting team and ensure the proper execution of all financial processes as well as the timely preparation of monthly, interim and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• You will be responsible for general and subsidiary ledgers, VAT accounting domestically and abroad, as well as the internal control system, which significantly contributes to the company’s financial stability
• Close coordination with controlling, international subsidiaries, participations, as well as external auditors and tax consultants ensures smooth processes and transparent financial reporting
• Process optimisations, further development of existing accounting procedures and active participation in day-to-day operations offer you the opportunity to implement sustainable improvements in the finance area

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed commercial training with further education in finance and accounting, for example as a specialist in finance and accounting or expert in accounting & controlling
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the financial accounting of a manufacturing industrial company enable you to handle complex financial issues and demanding closing situations confidently
• Assurance in financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER as well as solid ERP knowledge, for example with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or comparable systems, complement your very good German and English skills
• A structured, responsible and practical personality with high initiative, organisational talent and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders rounds off your profile ideally
