Microsoft Cloud System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Implementation of demanding IT projects at customers and in own data centre
Participation in innovative cloud projects
Execution of maintenance, support and customer consultations on site
Analysis and resolution of faults in customer and own infrastructure
Technical support and optimisation of IT environments
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship with over 4 years of professional experience
Precise, process-oriented and reliable working method
Analytical thinking and quick, solution-oriented handling of customer concerns
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
