Geomatics Technician / CAD Design (m/f/d)

Role:
A varied specialist role in the field of geomatics and digital construction processes with a focus on construction surveying, CAD, and 3D technologies. The position includes processing survey data, conducting surveying work, and using state-of-the-art technologies such as drones, laser scanning, and 3D-controlled construction machinery. A versatile role with high personal responsibility, innovative projects, and attractive development opportunities in a modern construction company.
Responsibilities:
Preparation and processing of 2D and 3D survey data for demanding construction projects
Independent execution of staking out, surveying, and setting out work on construction sites
Use, supervision, and support of 3D-controlled construction machinery as well as modern surveying technologies
Conducting drone flights and 3D laser scanning for project capture and documentation
Support and training of site personnel and survey operators in handling surveying technology
Scheduling and management of measuring equipment at the site
Participation in operational day-to-day business and support of the geomatics team in diverse construction and infrastructure projects
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Geomatics Technician EFZ or Designer EFZ specialising in civil engineering
Professional experience in construction surveying and handling modern surveying technologies
Good CAD skills, especially in preparing and processing 3D data
Experience with surveying instruments, GPS, laser scanning or drone technology is an advantage
Good German language skills spoken and written
Driving licence of category B
