Are you a sweet tooth? Then you will like our kitchen!
- You will get to know versatile areas in our modern large kitchen: over 4500 menus per day!
- Cold production (e.g. salads, sandwiches), hot production, desserts/patisserie.
- Themed weeks, e.g. pizza week, tapas week.
- Internship at Hotel Baur au Lac
- The apprentice team participates in cooking competitions.
- You attend general vocational school in Zurich one day per week.
Your profile
- Secondary school A or B
- Work starts at 6:30 am
- Reliable, responsible and punctual
- Team player
- Great interest in food preparation
- Strong awareness of hygiene
- Good sense of smell and taste
- Robust health (work mainly standing)
- Resilience in hectic situations
