Responsibilities As a Commercial Employee, your main tasks will include: Daily administrative management (invoicing, correspondence, filing). Welcoming clients and managing telephone calls. Managing breakdowns. Participating in the improvement of administrative processes. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: Commercial employee CFC or equivalent. Experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive sector. Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, management software). Excellent communication skills and a sense of customer service. Ability to manage stress while knowing how to work independently or as part of a team. Good command of French (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
