As the superior judicial authority of the Canton of Vaud, the Cantonal Court fulfils the dual role of judicial authority and management of the Vaud judicial order. It is composed of 45 cantonal judges and substitute judges, elected for the duration of the legislature, as well as a registry serving its various courts.

The Cantonal Court, which employs nearly 200 magistrates and staff, is looking for a clerk attached to the Social Insurance Court.

• Independently draft complete draft rulings based on reports or instructions from the judge, and in some cases without prior instructions
• Participate in hearings, and if necessary, in on-call duties.
• During hearings and deliberations, keep the minutes and take notes.
• Index and anonymise the decision to be published online.

• Master's degree in law or equivalent university qualification
• Several years of professional experience preferred
• Sense of public service and responsibility
• Experience in judicial drafting
• Confirmed interest in social insurance law
• Excellent spelling, proficient typing skills, rigor, precision and discretion
• Very good stress resistance

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and a criminal record dated less than 3 months.
