Customer Service Clerk (D/F)
Your tasks
- Independent handling of customer orders from A to Z
- Preparation of quotations and customer correspondence in German and French
- Management of ordering processes and coordination of deliveries
- Processing customer enquiries and orders by phone and email
- Close cooperation with the field service in German and Western Switzerland
- Support at customer events
- Various administrative tasks in D/F/E
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in internal sales, customer service or a comparable position; flawless German skills in spoken and written form
- Good to very good French skills
- English skills are an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus; high customer orientation and strong communication skills
- Networked thinking and willingness to take responsibility; independent, structured and reliable working style
- A cheerful, engaging personality with humour and team spirit
