HR Business Partner in Riehen (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with the specialist departments to develop and implement HR strategies in line with corporate objectives
  
• Advising management on all HR-related matters and supporting personnel development measures
  
• Talent management, identification of potential candidates and implementation of measures for employee retention and development
  
• Design and implementation of change management processes
  
• Active participation in HR projects and continuous optimisation of HR processes
  
• Assistance in the development and implementation of training and further education measures
  

Requirements:

• Completed studies in business administration, human resources management or a comparable qualification
  
• Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner
  
• Sound knowledge of labour law and HR processes
  
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness
  
• Strong team orientation and high social competence
  
• Proactive and solution-oriented working style
