These are your tasks
You are the central point where everything comes together. You support the co-management in organisational and administrative tasks and actively shape the communication of ParaHelp.
- You provide organisational and administrative support to the co-management and ensure that everyday operations run smoothly.
- You manage appointments, calendars, correspondence and contacts with internal and external stakeholders confidently, kindly and reliably.
- You make meetings more than just calendar entries: with good preparation, clear documents, minutes and thorough follow-up.
- You prepare presentations, reports and decision-making materials so that the content is clear and understandable.
- You tackle tasks independently, recognise organisational needs early and implement agreed measures punctually and reliably.
- You plan, create and publish content for the website, newsletter, LinkedIn, specialist articles and other channels.
- You help design communication materials such as flyers, photos, videos and giveaways and act as the link to the corporate communications of the Swiss Paraplegic Foundation (SPS).
This is what sets you apart
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification and ideally have further training as an executive assistant, in management support or in communication.
- You are familiar with the daily routine of assistance at executive, management or leadership level and know what matters.
- Your IT affinity distinguishes you and the use of Microsoft 365 is part of your daily routine.
- Content management, newsletter tools or LinkedIn are not unfamiliar to you.
- You communicate clearly, persuasively and appropriately for the target audience (knowledge of French is a plus).
- You work in a well-structured, forward-looking manner and keep an overview even when many things are happening simultaneously.
- You are known as a reliable, trustworthy and solution-oriented person with a high degree of initiative.

About us
ParaHelp offers nursing advice and training for people with congenital as well as acquired spinal cord injuries or spinal cord-like symptoms throughout Switzerland. Together with those affected, their relatives and the involved professionals, individual solutions are developed for the challenges of everyday life. This includes in particular the prevention and management of paralysis-related complications, relief for caregiving relatives and coordination in healthcare. The goal is to maintain and promote the greatest possible independence and quality of life for those affected.
