Role:
In this role, as a professional system engineer, you take responsibility for the stable and secure operation of complex IT systems and ensure they function performantly and reliably. You plan, implement, and optimise system landscapes, automate recurring processes, and ensure smooth operation. You analyse disruptions, sustainably resolve problems, and contribute your expertise to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure. Additionally, you work closely with adjacent departments to capture technical requirements and translate them into robust, future-proof system solutions.
Responsibilities:
You competently advise customers and conduct needs analyses for individual IT solutions
Together with customers, you develop intelligent and sustainable IT solutions
For a stable IT environment, you take on the procurement, installation, and support of workplace, server, and LAN infrastructures
Additionally, you implement and support applications based on Terminal Services and Citrix Server
During ongoing operations, you ensure system availability through support, maintenance, and servicing
Qualifications:
A basic IT education as well as certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, CCA or CCEA are advantageous
Ideally, you have further training as an IT technician HF/TS and solid experience with Microsoft client and server infrastructures
You are well acquainted with Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 10 as well as server virtualisation
Good knowledge of Exchange, SQL, LAN/WLAN, WAN/VPN and TCP/IP rounds off your profile
You have flawless German language skills, both spoken and written
