Senior System Engineer Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Role:
In this position, you are responsible for the operation and further development of a modern Microsoft-based IT infrastructure. You ensure the availability, security and performance of the systems and proactively identify optimisation potentials in the existing environment.
Additionally, you plan and implement infrastructure and cloud projects, automate recurring processes and implement security and compliance requirements. You work closely with internal departments and external partners and support users with technical queries.
Responsibilities:
Operation, maintenance and further development of Microsoft cloud, server and client infrastructures
Ensuring availability, stability and performance of IT systems
Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex technical faults
Implementation of IT security and compliance requirements as well as process automation
Planning and realisation of infrastructure and cloud projects
Creation of technical documentation and user support
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with further education at HF or FH level
Several years of experience in operating and further developing IT infrastructures
Sound knowledge of Microsoft enterprise environments
Experience with cloud technologies, IT security and automation
Practical experience in planning and implementing infrastructure projects
Analytical and solution-oriented working style, high personal responsibility as well as good German and English skills
