Lead Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Development and technical advancement of complex communication and network systems in safety-critical environments
Creation of system architectures, technical concepts and solution variants as well as conducting feasibility analyses and prototyping
Responsibility for requirements engineering, system integration and technical documentation at system and component level
Close collaboration with software, hardware, network and security teams as well as conducting integrations, tests and customer demonstrations
Assuming a team coach/Scrum Master role according to SAFe and active participation in interdisciplinary projects
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications or a comparable field
Experience in system engineering, requirements engineering and system architecture
Very good knowledge of network technology, IT security and Linux
Experience with agile methods, SAFe and technical projects, ideally in safety-critical or public environments
Very good German and English skills as well as an independent, analytical and solution-oriented working style
