IT Systems Support & Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Operation of ICT solutions in the cloud as well as in on-premise environments
Support with system migrations and onboardings of existing and new infrastructures into the cloud
Close collaboration with infrastructure teams and external partners including technical coordination
Handling customer enquiries by phone or directly on site at the customer
Analysis, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting to ensure stable IT operations
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or several years of professional experience in the IT environment
Knowledge in administration, operation and monitoring of Microsoft 365 platform services and applications, ideally with appropriate certifications
Experience with Windows Server systems as well as network environments in the SME sector
Reliable, results-oriented working style with high service orientation
Team-oriented personality with enjoyment in communication with customers
Very good German language skills spoken and written
