What you can achieve.

• You advise customers by phone and in writing, thus making an important contribution to high customer satisfaction.
• As a customer advisor, you are in daily contact with our travellers and passionately sell national and international offers.
• In sales conversations, you commit yourself to the diverse range of services and offer these solution-oriented and tailored to our customers.
• You also support and advise our customers on questions about offers on sbb.ch or our SBB Mobile App.

What you bring with you.

• You really enjoy daily customer contact and professional customer advice and can adapt well to different interlocutors on the phone.
• You are a team player and take responsibility.
• You have completed basic training in retail, commercial area, customer dialogue, tourism or a similar field.
• German at level C2. French at level B1 as well as English and/or Italian at level A2 are advantageous.
• You are proficient in the common MS Office programmes and have a flair for digital media.

Your training. As one of the most important touchpoints at SBB, you will be well prepared for this task: You can expect a broad and practice-oriented paid second training in Brig. The school days take place on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. After successful final examination, you are ready to work as a customer advisor in the SBB Contact Centre with the workplace in Brig.
