We are looking for a watchmaking manufacturer based in Geneva, for a long-term temporary assignment:
Recruitment Officer (M/F)
whose main mission will be to ensure the recruitment of permanent staff for technical roles in the watchmaking sector.
Job Description
• Identify recruitment sources
• Launch recruitment, including drafting and posting advertisements
• Collaborate with agencies and recruitment firms
• Conduct various candidate searches on existing platforms, including direct approaches
• Perform file selection
• Plan and conduct interviews
• Ensure follow-up of applications
• Manage various administrative tasks
Profile Sought
• Higher Education (University, University of Applied Sciences) - HRSE Diploma
• Proven experience in recruitment for technical/industrial sectors in Switzerland
• Mastery of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Knowledge of the Geneva local market and economic fabric
• Native French speaker with excellent spelling and perfect command of syntax
• Rigour and organisation
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
