The Company

Capner is a Swiss energy transition company. From our headquarters in Neuchâtel, we install complete solar solutions: photovoltaic panels, inverters and batteries, charging stations, ... Objective: to make our clients more energy independent.

Our sites are mainly located in the canton of Neuchâtel, from the Littoral to the Mountains (Neuchâtel, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Le Locle), and in the canton of Vaud: Lausanne region, La Côte, northern Vaud up to Yverdon-les-Bains.

To keep up the pace, we are strengthening our alternating current (AC) sector. The installation of panels on roofs is handled by other teams. You will work on the electrical panel side, at the moment the installation comes to life: connection, commissioning, first kilowatt-hours produced.

Your Mission

• Connect installations on the alternating current (AC) side: inverter → electrical panel connection.
• Install and wire the smart meter.
• Carry out the complete commissioning of the photovoltaic installation, according to best practices.
• Activate and configure the AI management of the installation (control application).
• Work independently on sites in Neuchâtel and Vaud, according to the schedule set with the electrician manager.
• Report to the electrician manager any technical blockage or non-compliance beyond your scope.

Your Profile

Mandatory

• Certified electrician qualification.
• Desire to develop your skills in photovoltaics and gain autonomy, from connection to commissioning.
• Preference for clean, neat work compliant with standards.
• Residence in the canton of Neuchâtel or Vaud, or nearby, as sites are distributed between these two cantons.
• Authorisation to work in Switzerland.
• Driving licence essential for travel between sites.
• Fluent French.

Assets

• Experience in photovoltaics: inverters, smart meters, batteries.
• Comfort with digital configuration tools.
