For our client, an established Swiss company in the field of technical system solutions and mechanical assemblies, we are looking for a reliable, practically minded and technically skilled individual as a Mechanic Workshop / Hydraulics 80-100% (m/f) in the Regensdorf ZH area.
In this role, you will mainly work in the workshop and take on repairs, assemblies, maintenance and technical adjustments on mechanical, hydraulic and partly electrical systems. You can expect a varied role with exciting technology, a well-coordinated team and plenty of practical relevance.
- Assembly and disassembly of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Analysis and troubleshooting of faults in assemblies, drives, lifting and movement systems
- Conducting functional tests, adjustments, inspections and quality controls
- Support with conversions, retrofits, overhauls and technical adjustments
- Working according to drawings, schematics, technical documents and internal guidelines
- Preparation of components, spare parts and assemblies for internal or external use
- Collaboration with service, spare parts department, technical team, dispatch and suppliers
- Documentation of completed work, feedback and technical findings
- Compliance with safety, quality and operational regulations
- Completed training as an agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, truck mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician for commercial vehicles, polymechanic, production mechanic, plant and apparatus builder or comparable technical training
- Experience in workshop, repair, assembly, maintenance, vehicle technology or mechanical engineering is an advantage
- Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Electrical knowledge or experience with controls, sensors and diagnostics is a plus
- Ability to understand technical drawings, schematics and documentation
- Clean, independent and responsible working style
- Enjoyment of practical work and technical problem solving
- Team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B is an advantage

Profile
You have completed a basic technical education and enjoy mechanics, hydraulics and practical fault finding. You work carefully, reliably and solution-oriented.- Completed training as an agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, truck mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician for commercial vehicles, polymechanic, production mechanic, plant and apparatus builder or comparable technical training
