ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the timely and cost-effective execution of IT and communication projects.
- In this role, you manage MS Windows server environments including Active Directory, terminal servers and applications.
- You implement and maintain server and client infrastructures in virtual and on-premise environments.
- As an IT system operations engineer, you operate and optimise networks, firewalls, backup and monitoring systems.
- You ensure the operation of internet access, wireless LAN, communication servers (on premise and hosted) as well as security solutions.
- In this role, you advise diverse clients, undertake software implementations and handle support and fault cases.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, FH or comparable qualification
- Strong team skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Open, customer-oriented communication style in direct contact
- Calmness and composure even in complex challenges
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- High motivation for personal development and willingness to be on call
