IT Communication & Collaboration Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you are responsible for the support and further development of the university-wide service "Communication and Collaboration" as well as the associated software products with a focus on Microsoft 365. You manage the design, operation and continuous optimisation of communication and collaboration solutions, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and take on a lateral leadership role. You analyse requirements from the specialist departments, develop viable solutions in the M365 environment, create digital workflows with Power Automate and accompany releases and rollouts. In addition, you promote the optimal use of the applications through training, instructions and targeted communication and ensure that the solutions are sensibly integrated into the digital workplace.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the design, operation and continuous further development of the "Communication & Collaboration" service with a focus on Microsoft 365 products
- In this role, you manage the application portfolio for communication and collaboration with a focus on Microsoft 365 and ensure optimal integration into the digital workplace
- As Service Owner Communication and Collaboration with a focus on M365, you create and accompany digital solutions based on Microsoft Power Automate to support efficient work processes
- You collect requirements from the specialist departments, analyse them and coordinate them with governance, engineering as well as internal and external partners
- In this role, you promote the optimal use of the applications and their targeted integration into work processes together with the responsible specialists
- You organise and conduct training sessions, create instructions and support users in the effective use of the M365 solutions
Qualifications:
- You have a completed computer science or comparable technical education at HF or FH level and have a good understanding of complex IT and application landscapes.
- You express yourself confidently in spoken and written German, have good English skills and can convey complex content clearly and appropriately for the audience.
- You work cooperatively with different stakeholders, demonstrate negotiation skills and find solution-oriented ways even with differing interests.
- You have solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Automate and implement digital solutions in the M365 environment in a practical and user-oriented manner.
- You have experience in requirements engineering and in developing solutions in the M365 environment, collect requirements in a structured way, analyse them and translate them into viable solutions.
- You bring experience in the area of communication and collaboration, understand the impact of modern communication and collaboration solutions in the digital workplace and have ideally already worked as a service owner or in a comparable role.
