- Completed compulsory schooling (secondary level or 10th school year)
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers and strong communication skills
- Interest in sports, leisure and motorcycle clothing as well as current trends
- Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented appearance
- Reliable, careful and responsible working style
- Team player with motivation to learn new things and build expertise
