Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Design, implementation and operation of modern communication and collaboration solutions with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Phone.
Planning and execution of Teams telephony projects with Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Calling Plans and Enterprise Voice.
Analysis of technical requirements and development of concepts for Microsoft 365, tenants, permissions and security policies.
Conducting customer workshops, advising on best practices and supporting migrations of existing telephony and communication solutions.
Introduction of new Teams features, further development of managed services and collaboration with internal specialists and IT teams.
Qualifications:
Solid experience in the design, implementation and administration of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone, VoIP, Direct Routing, Operator Connect and Enterprise Voice.
Experience with telephony migrations, communication infrastructures and integration of existing telephony systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online or SharePoint Online and their integration into collaboration environments.
Strong consulting skills, independent working style and ideally Microsoft certifications in Teams, Teams Voice, Microsoft 365 or Azure.
