Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced and reliable specialist for the installation, conversion, and service of modern heating systems. You will undertake versatile assembly and installation work on new build and conversion projects and ensure professional, economical, and high-quality execution. The focus is on the independent handling of heating installations, the organisation of work preparation, and the coordination of daily and weekly site deployments. The position combines solid craftsmanship knowledge, technical understanding, and independent working with direct customer contact and varied tasks in building technology.
Responsibilities:
Independent installation and assembly of various heating systems in new build, conversion, and renovation projects in residential and commercial construction
Execution of demanding conversion and adjustment work on existing heating installations, taking into account the existing building technology and structural conditions
Carrying out service, maintenance, and repair work on heating systems to ensure reliable and efficient system operation
Assembly and connection of radiators, heat distribution systems, piping systems, and other heating technology components according to planning documents and technical specifications
Independent organisation and handling of all work on assigned construction sites from work preparation to completion
Responsibility for material ordering, material disposition, and site logistics to ensure smooth assembly processes
Coordination and planning of daily and weekly work deployments in consultation with project management, site management, and other involved specialists
Creation and maintenance of work reports, material records, and technical documentation to transparently record the services performed
Conducting functional checks, intermediate inspections, and quality controls to ensure professional and operationally safe installation
Technical clarifications and direct coordination with customers, clients, and other trades during assembly, conversion, and service work
Ensuring compliance with relevant Swiss installation standards, safety regulations, and company quality standards during all work
Support during commissioning, system acceptance, and rectification of technical defects as well as ensuring a clean and customer-oriented handover
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a heating installer EFZ or a comparable recognised qualification in heating and building technology
Several years of practical professional experience in the installation and assembly of heating systems with solid knowledge in new build, conversion, and renovation
Good expertise in heating and piping technology as well as experience in assembly, adjustment, and maintenance of various heating systems
Ability to independently organise and handle site work including work preparation, material ordering, deployment planning, and reporting
Strong quality and safety awareness as well as a reliable, careful, and solution-oriented working style with high craftsmanship standards
Team-oriented, resilient, and flexible personality with initiative, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as professional manners, high service orientation, and a category B driving licence
