You manage the operation of the IT infrastructure with a focus on backup, monitoring, virtualisation, servers, storage and Microsoft services
You analyse faults, support the 2nd level support and optimise as well as automate operational processes
You independently plan and accompany changes, upgrades and lifecycle activities
You also contribute to IT security measures and exciting IT projects
Occasional on-call duties as well as cross-departmental collaboration are also part of the role
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable technical training with IT further education.
Several years of experience with IT infrastructures, ideally Commvault, Checkmk, VMware, HPE and NetApp
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
You have excellent written and spoken German skills and good English skills
