Role:
The company is the central unit of an internationally oriented, family-run corporate group in the mobility and automotive environment. The group combines trade, service, and various mobility solutions and is active in several markets.
Particularly exciting is the working environment of the central functions, where areas such as finance, controlling, HR, IT, quality management, and communication work closely together. Employees gain insight into different business areas and companies and operate at diverse interfaces within a larger corporate group.
Responsibilities:
You independently and reliably manage the ongoing accounting of several companies in Switzerland and Germany in the general and subsidiary ledgers.
You take care of invoice processing and payment transactions and ensure correct posting of business transactions.
You actively support the periodic closings and additionally take on tasks related to VAT returns.
You apply your expertise in the accounting of foundations and assist with corresponding closing and reconciliation tasks.
Together with the team, you develop internal control processes and procedures further and contribute to optimising accounting.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting as well as several years of professional experience form your professional basis.
You work confidently with MS Office.
A structured, independent, and precise way of working characterises you as well as your willingness to take responsibility.
Teamwork is natural to you and you convince through commitment, reliability, and initiative.
You have fluent German in spoken and written form and can ideally also communicate in French.
