Clerk for Training and Further Education (m/f/d)
Your Job
- Evaluation of the target group in cooperation with HR
- Close collaboration with line managers, dispatch, and HR for further training planning
- Assistance in planning and defining training management
- Administrative support of further training offers from registration to database management
- Contact person for external service providers regarding existing and additional course offers
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the administrative field
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products (MS Word & Excel) and solid database knowledge (e.g. SIZ user level)
- Confident formulation of correspondence and texts in German
- Quick comprehension, independence, quality awareness, and strong customer orientation
