ERP Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

Finance, purchasing, logistics, and supply chain must work seamlessly together today. This position is aimed at ERP specialists who do not just maintain systems but analyse, redesign, and digitally map business processes with modern Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of modern ERP solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
Analysis of existing business processes and development of efficient target processes
Consulting departments on digitalisation and process harmonisation
Conceptualisation of integrated solutions for finance, operations, supply chain, and administration
Translation of complex business requirements into scalable system solutions
Support of international or cross-departmental ERP transformations
Optimisation of data flows, workflows, and automated business processes
Support with system migrations and integration projects
Conceptualisation and documentation of functional solution architectures
Management of requirements between business, IT, and external specialists
Conducting workshops and presentations
Continuous development of the ERP landscape with a focus on automation and efficiency
Qualifications:
Professional experience in ERP consulting
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable ERP platform
Very good understanding of business management contexts
Knowledge in at least one relevant ERP area such as finance, supply chain, purchasing, sales, or production
Experience in process optimisation and requirements engineering
Interest in cloud ERP, automation, and modern integration solutions
Structured and independent working style
Strong ability to communicate complex matters clearly
Enjoyment of challenging transformation and digitalisation projects
