Head Chef - Italian Restaurant - Split shifts Monday to Friday
Job Description
You will be responsible for the organisation and smooth running of the kitchen, from menu design to dish preparation. You master the great classics of Italian cuisine, from antipasti to fresh pasta, including risottos, regional specialties and pizzas. Proactive, you know how to renew the menu, imagine attractive suggestions and add your personal touch while respecting the Italian identity of the establishment. You ensure the quality of the products, the consistency of preparations, stock management and compliance with hygiene standards.
Profile Sought
You have proven experience in cooking, ideally in an establishment offering an Italian menu. Creative, organised and autonomous, you know how to take initiatives, anticipate needs and unite a team around common goals. You are comfortable in an environment where the pace of service demands efficiency, rigour and consistency, while maintaining particular attention to the quality of the dishes and customer satisfaction.
