For the further development of our heat pump department at the Volketswil and St. Gallen locations, we are looking for you as a new Helionaut and leader. Your workplace will be mainly at the Volketswil location, but you also have the option to work at our St. Gallen site at any time.

Team Leader: Heat Pump Installation
Your responsibilities:
- Building up the growing heat pump department in Zurich & St. Gallen
- Ensuring / achieving the annual goals of the heat pump department Zurich & St. Gallen
- Personnel and technical leadership of the heat pump department Zurich & St. Gallen
- Professional implementation of heat pump projects (private & commercial sector) with high cost and quality standards
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
Your profile:
- Completed basic training as a heating installer EFZ and further training as chief heating fitter, project manager building technology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager in the heating sector and initial leadership experience are required
- Responsible, customer-oriented personality with high initiative and the conviction to further advance the energy transition in the heating market
- Very good oral and written communication skills and digital affinity, especially in the Office365 user environment
- Driving licence category B is required
