To complete our team in the manufacturing department, we are looking for a:

Your mission

At the heart of product development, you create prototypes and high-precision tooling, often unique, in a stimulating technical environment. You support and train our apprentices throughout their entire course.

Your responsibilities

• Setting up centreless grinding machines, flat lapping, and superfinishing machines
• Setting up for tribofinishing operations
• Performing machining operations by material removal
• Inspecting the various machined parts
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• First-level maintenance of equipment

Your profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a production mechanic, polymecanician, or equivalent training considered appropriate.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Comfortable reading plans and machining complex parts independently
• Good knowledge of ISO programming
• Methodical mindset, solution-oriented, rigorous, and able to organise your work and priorities according to expectations
• Regular use of MS Office computer tools

Workplace: 2504 Biel/Bienne (BE)

Working hours: daytime, but willing to work in shifts occasionally.
