Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Complex scheduling and coordination of all outpatient appointments and spatial resources
• Contact person for referrers, patients, relatives, and cost bearers
• Interface to other clinics, departments, and professional groups within the HOCH company
• Administrative preparation of consultations as well as verification of outpatient case openings
• Collaboration in the front office or at patient reception

What You Bring to This Position

• Training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or Medical Secretary
• Experience in disposition and organisation in a hospital environment is an advantage
• Open, assertive, and resilient personality with strong interdisciplinary communication skills
• Independent, efficient, and team-oriented working style with a sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Confident German language skills as well as very good PC user skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
